Quotes

Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time of inspection. If the scope of work changes once work begins, we will stop, explain the change and provide a revised price for your approval before continuing.

Same-day service

We aim to attend the same day wherever possible. Availability depends on job volume, location and access, and cannot be guaranteed for every booking.

Lifetime labour guarantee

Our guarantee covers the workmanship of repairs we carry out. It does not cover materials, appliances or fixtures (which carry their own manufacturer warranties), damage caused by third parties, misuse, or issues arising from pre-existing conditions we advised you about. The guarantee applies while the original customer owns the property.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Licensing

All plumbing and gas work is carried out by licensed and insured tradespeople. NSW Licence No. 223528C.
